    Disc Brakes?

Dear Gamesmaster, i've got a Specialised Rockhopper with normal brakes, is it worth upgrading to discs in time for the summer farming? 2 double0 6 this is the year, drop the bomb! Anyone keen on some MTB DVDs, Fundementals (instructional) Earthed series (tres bonn) and heaps more, check out www.blackdiamond.co.uk,  i'm sure i can do fellow boarders a good deal. Enjoy your easter peeps

WELL PAUL, I CURRENTLY HAVE V BRAKES AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM TO DATE, i MUST SAY THAT HAVING TESTED OUT DISC BRAKES I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. i WAS AMAZED HOW LITTLE PRESSURE WAS REQUIRED TO GET THE BRAKES TO WORK. AFTER  A LONG DOWN HILL SECTION IT WILL CERTAINLY MEAN THAT YOUR FINGER MUSCLES WILL STILL WORK AS NORMAL. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY FARMING

    Re: Disc Brakes?

As a Sloth I would have to say that there is no option but to get on the disc brake wagon. There is no going back once you've farmed them out - well, look at young Bob for one - even she's got herself some of them there Hope Mono Minis.
No stopping you? Yes they will, thankyou please.

To be honest though mr Bungle, someone of your calibre would be much more suited to a new full-susser anyway - or why not borrow the Colonel's for a few months/years? Still in showroom condition I understand. Wink [;)]
