The girly legs must go before winter gets here. And there’s not long now. We’ve got a few days of ChCh’s bizarre Nor’wester weather at the moment – so where recently it’s been around 0c in the morning, it was back up to 26c today.
Been meaning to head over to McCleans for a while as an alternative to Bottle Lake. Bit further to go (25 mins) but the trail is way better – none of that pesky sand, very flowy with big berms on corners. Kept up a good pace (for me, anyway) and did the 10km in 31 mins.
Now if only I could do that twice a week until winter…
